Barefoot Works Knitting Group

We have a knitting group at Barefoot Works! The group is several months old. One Sunday a month, a group gets together at the studio with food (usually "veg" rather than "non veg" - Indian lingo) and knitting (or any other fabric art). It's so much fun, although I think I spend more time eating and chatting than knitting. It's quite a range of levels, from complete beginner to very experienced. It's mainly yogis from the studio, but it's also open to the community! I finally got around to taking some photos at this month's meeting and I finally finished a hat - check it out!

Why Knitting at a Yoga Studio???

- Part of yoga is building community with various activities and individuals, and a knitting group does just that. In addition, knitting is a mindful and meditative activity (once you get the hang of it). Knitting, getting to know like-minded folks, eating fabulous and healthy food...the studio is a perfect place!

- If you're in the area, we would love for you to join us!

Namaste!
